Transaction Security

All online transactions are secure and encrypted to ensure the protection of your banking information.
 

It is your responsibility to verify that the information is correct when making a payment by IBAN or cryptocurrency. Any error can result in a loss of funds and cancellation of the sale. The website miss-ge.com disclaims any responsibility in case of error.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit Card: For digital artworks, optional finishes, and sculptures, you can pay by credit card up to 990€.

  • Bank Transfer: You can use bank transfer for all amounts and products, except for finishes which must be paid by credit card.

  • Cryptocurrency: We accept Bitcoin (BTC) and Solana (SOL). After transferring the amount, please send us the validation hash and your order number by email. Please note: an error in the wallet address can result in the loss of your funds and the cancellation of the sale.
     

When paying by IBAN transfer or cryptocurrency, we reserve the artwork immediately upon receipt of the funds. It remains unavailable to other buyers in our gallery until payment confirmation, for a maximum period of five days.

By purchasing a digital artwork on our website, you agree to our payment conditions described below.

Payment Conditions

Prices

The prices of the artworks are indicated in euros and are subject to change without notice. The total price includes the applicable value-added tax (VAT).

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is received, we will send you an order confirmation by email with the details of your purchase.

Payment Deadlines

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. If payment is not received within 5 days of the order, it will be canceled.

Cancellation and Refund

Sales of digital artworks are final and non-refundable.
 

Delivery of physical artworks is carried out by an external service and may take between three and five days. The duration depends on the selected finish, the dimensions of the artwork, and the destination country.
 

In case of defect noticed upon receipt, please report it immediately. As the artist is not responsible for damages caused by the external service, it is imperative to take this step without delay.
 

If damage occurs during delivery, we will attempt to replace the artwork. If this is not possible, you will be refunded.
 

If you made a mistake during the order, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.

Disputes

In case of dispute, we will strive to find an amicable solution. If no solution is found, the dispute will be submitted to Cypriot laws. Only the courts of Paphos have jurisdiction.

By proceeding with the payment, you confirm that you have read and understood these conditions and agree to comply with them.
