Article 2: Price

The prices of our artworks are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding delivery costs. Any order placed on the website and delivered outside the European Union may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties.

Availability of Artworks

Artworks displayed as available on our online gallery are ready to be purchased immediately. We do not offer a reservation service. Once an artwork is collected by a collector, it is considered sold and is no longer available.

Digital Format and Optional Finishing

Artworks are sold in digital format. Optional physical finishing may be provided by a third-party provider at the buyer's request, according to separately agreed terms.

Uniqueness of Artworks

Each artwork offered by Miss Gé Gallery is a unique creation and will therefore only be available in a single copy.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Article 4: Validation of your order

Any order placed on the website miss-ge.com implies adherence to these Terms & Conditions of Sale. Any order confirmation implies your full and complete acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.

Article 5: Payment

Validating your order implies the obligation to pay the indicated price. Payment for your purchases is made by credit card through the secure system or by other payment options indicated during the order.

Article 6: Non-Retractation Conditions

We would like to inform you that certain products sold on our website are not eligible for the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law. Here are the details:

Customized Products: Any product that is customized or made to measure for the customer is not eligible for the right of withdrawal. Once the order is placed and the customization process has begun, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Digital Content: Any digital content not provided on a physical medium and whose delivery has begun with the express prior agreement of the consumer and their acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal is not eligible for withdrawal.
Final Sale: Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are clearly indicated as such in their product description.

Article 7: Availability

Each artwork from the Miss Gé Gallery is unique; there is only one copy. The policy adopted is "first come, first served."

If an available artwork is present on our website, you have the possibility to acquire it. Once your order is validated, depending on the selected payment method and the time of receipt, the artwork will be reserved and unavailable in our gallery for a maximum of five days, then put back on sale in case of non-payment.

We reserve the right to exhibit sold artworks within the gallery for exhibition purposes.

Article 8: Delivery

Artworks are sold in digital format. Optional physical finishing may be provided by a third-party provider at the buyer's request, according to separately agreed terms.

Artworks are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the order within the time indicated on the order validation page.

Article 9: Warranty

All physical artworks benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects provided by the third-party provider. In case of non-compliance of a sold artwork, it can be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Article 10: Liability

The website miss-ge.com is not responsible for any damages of any kind, material, immaterial, or bodily, that could result from a malfunction or improper use of the commercialized artworks.

Article 11: Applicable Law in case of Disputes

The language of this contract is English. These terms of sale are subject to Cypriot law. In case of dispute, the courts of Paphos will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 12: Intellectual Property

All elements of the website miss-ge.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the website. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any capacity, even partially, elements of the website, whether they are software, visual, or sound.

The purchase of an artwork confers ownership rights to the buyer. However, this right is limited to personal use. The artwork cannot be used for commercial purposes without the prior authorization of the Miss Gé Gallery.

Article 13: Personal Data

miss-ge.com reserves the right to collect personal information and data about you. They are necessary for the management of your order, as well as for improving the services and information we provide to you.
